Booked a king room, downgraded to a double queen, no compensation. Room was small, furniture had holes in it, overwhelming smell of bleach. Glass desktop was loose and chipped. Holes in the tile in the bathroom, shower drain not working properly. I am a bit over 6 feet tall, my feet hung of the end of the "queen" bed. Free internet costs 15 dollars, completely unacceptable for a hotel period let alone a place of this caliber. Parking is ridiculously expensive at 55. Downstairs bar service was ridiculously slow, waited over 30 minutes for stale bread pudding, I was the only customer.. Tried to go to the upstairs bar hoping service would be better but it closed at 8pm on a Saturday?! Seems a little short sited. So many much nicer choices in the area at a lower price point.

What a Wonderful place to stay! We stayed with our two teenage girls and loved every minute. From check in and the lovely Valets - it was amazing! Rooms are beautiful and very clean and the views are amazing. We will never forget staying here when we were the USA!

Sadly a very rundown hotel with poor customer service. Stayed at many Ws and this is definitely not the norm. Took hours to have are room ready after pre check-in via the Bonvoy app. Room furniture, dressers, drawers and paint all damaged. The restaurant charges five dollars for coffee and six dollars for apple juice. With a minimum 15% gratuity already on the bill. Whether the service is decent or not. The restaurant was always empty at peak times for obvious reasons I suppose. It was raining in Atlanta and asked if there was an umbrella available in the room which I have never not seen one. They then requested a fifty dollar deposit for the umbrella. Even though I have titanium elite status. I felt very devalued as a customer and client at this hotel. I was offered five thousand points for bringing issues to their attention, even this felt like an insult. The manager Alexy reached out to me on the last day of our stay which was very nice.

This hotel is fine, I guess. It has no soul, no personality. I don’t know what its purpose is. It was nice enough but no one acknowledged us and it felt empty. Staff felt like they were hired that day. Just an odd nothing vibe. The area is a little off putting- there is nothing directly adjacent to the hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean but I left with no feeling whatsoever about this hotel. We barely saw any other guests either.

First impressions were not great. Few staff working the front stands to check in folks. Lines were forming quickly. Staff appeared to be new and in need of training. Other than those of us checking in, there were few signs of life. We ate at the bar on our first night and there were not many of us. Food arrived quickly and was decent for bar food. The hotel was quiet at night. Lobby area was not conducive to mingling or even sitting due to little seating areas. Close proximity to MARTA station was a plus for us as we had a quick trip to the Mercedes Benz Stadium for a football game. Leaving the next day on our Uber to the airport was interesting. The door staff refused to recognize our ride, but I did. Our driver informed us that the front door staff at the hotels did not like "rideshare" drivers. Back in the day, the front door staff would "shake down" Taxi" drivers for $. He was once a taxi driver. I personally saw the $ change hands in San Francisco.
